Known Technical Issue Impacting Contractors

The SCA website is experiencing known issues causing certain Limited List projects to appear on the Advertised List page. If you download the solicitation please pay close attention to the Invitation to Bid to determine whether the project is in fact an Advertised Solicitation. If you have any questions, please contact Giselle Manon, gmanon@nycsca.org. Apologies for any inconvenience.  

The SCA’s requirements with regard to delivery of bonds was changed to Electronic Bonds using Surety2000.

Surety2000 Registration

Contractors must register with Surety2000 at www.Surety2000.com.  If you are not submitting your bond through Surety2000, your bid may be rejected.

Your Surety Broker and Surety Company must also be registered.

Joyce Hinkle, Rolonda Fletcher, and Josh Buczinski from the Surety2000 Customer Service Team are available at 1-800-660-3263 to assist you with the registration process, training on the system, and troubleshooting. If you are already registered with Surety2000, you do not need to register again.

If you would like your firm to be considered for inclusion on a limited list, please send an email request to EUZAMERE@nycsca.org and RFORDE@nycsca.org, copying SSINCLAIR@nycsca.org. Your request will be reviewed and you will be advised if your firm was added.
